Working Women and Housewife

I have seen a single woman carrying the burden of office, home, children, old-aged people and other family members restlessly. If she is weak on any front, then she has faced question marks of rituals and conduct. Still, I have seen them smiling and working by putting makeup on face and lipstick on lips.
In fact, if there is a hard-working woman in the agricultural fields or a woman working in a large office/firm, the similarity can be seen in both the situation. From the farm land to the office, if a woman returns home after working hard as a man, there is no mercy on women while men take rest after return. She immediately takes the burden of being a mother, being a daughter, and being a housewife.

The women belong to poor families who work in the fields/wages do not get any maternity leave; they have to bear the burden of the household, in spite of this, only a few pieces of bread are fortunate in their plate. The energy of these women keeps us shaky even after taking such insufficient nutrition.
On the other hand, well-educated office going ladies do not take any rest after returning from 8-10 hours of office work, rather they have to fulfill all the tasks that have been imposed on them due to being a common housewife woman. Despite that there is no mercy on them; their slightest mistake can prove to be mischief and characterless.
Actually, there is a thought in societies that if women start working and earning money, then their social status will improve. But even after earning, women are getting trapped in another problem. They are not getting the social status which men receive even after holding double burden (home and office).
Related image       The figures released by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India are being shown that violence against women has increased day by day. These figures keep two possibilities in front of us –first, the status of women is getting worse day by day, and secondly, women's cases of violence are being registered.
Simon De Beauvoir, the world famous celebrity of women's thinking, writes that 'one is not born, but rather becomes a woman'. Studies of world societies show that the status of women in most societies is the same. This is not a coincidence that the story of misbehavior with a woman of India matches with the German woman. If you look around, the worsened situation of women is going on for years.
Sociologist considers this to be the result of women's situation for 10 thousand years. It can be seen in the early tribal society, farming society and the trend of female slavery in the form of industrial society. Of course, the figures of women violence are increasing today, but it reflects the improvement of women's situation.
If we analyze the situation of our two-three-generation-old grandmother then the situation will look more frightening even today. However we do not have any figure of violence against women, it does not mean there was no violence against women at that time. That was the time when there was no constitution/law, but the rules of religion. Nobody was standing with those women, because of which they accepted their status. Even if there were incidents of such violence, no one was going to listen and help them.
The theology has either made women completely paralyzed or it can be said that this theology was the product of paralyzed society. The literature has been fabricated by a person, which reflects the status of women of that time. Today's constitution not only gives women the right to equality and freedom but also gives them an opportunity to improve their situation. Some of the laws under it are also providing support to women by preventing misbehavior against them. The present society stands on issues like women's reservation for women to stand before men.
Of course, the situation of women has been brought back to economic activities by improving the situation, but the trend of 'managing the house with work' is causing mental and physical harm to women. It is now time to remove this harrowing tendency towards women. This awareness in society is necessary for it. In order to avoid such a trend in the new generation, we must now sow clean seeds in children's brain. Homes, families, societies, schools, and colleges; they all have to participate in this mission. It is required to strengthening of women's education, health, and employment. The next initiative will have to be done by society, and then working women will probably get justice.
